William Fuller, a three-star wide receiver/cornerback from Philadelphia, has received an offer from UMass according to Brian Dohn from Scout.

According to Scout, Fuller also has offers from: Delaware, Rutgers, Temple and Toledo. According to Matt Alkire, the Northeast recruiting manager for XOSports.com, he also has an offer from Villanova, and Rivals has the same.
Fuller is 6’0, 165 and runs a 4.52-second 40, according to 247 Sports. It sounds like Fuller is one of the better recruits in the Philadelphia area, as the Inquirer ranked him as one of the top players to watch in Southeastern Pennsylvania.
