UMass has extended an offer to Jamauri Bogan, the New Jersey Gatorade Player of the Year.
The news comes via ESPN’s Brian Stumpf, who tweeted about Bogan’s offers over the weekend:

Bogan is 5’7 and 159 pounds, and the speedy back ran for 2,260 yards and had 27 touchdowns last year … as a sophomore. According to 247 Sports, Bogan was also a First Team All-State selection.
Bogan is one of the smoothest runners UMass is recruiting. Check out his highlights here – the kid just has natural speed and looks comfortable running the ball out of the shotgun formation, which is huge in the spread offense.
