According to Rivals, Armstrong also has offers from Temple and Buffalo. Scout has the same list. PennLive talked about Armstrong and noted that Minnesota, Notre Dame, Ohio State, Pitt, Purdue and West Virginia have shown interest. According to 247 Sports, Armstrong is a two-star recruit.
Armstrong was All-State as a freshman and junior and missed most of his sophomore year with a finger injury, according to his NCSA profile. Check out his highlights on the same page. The kid looks like he has a nose for the ball and getting into the backfield, which is reflected by the 123 tackles and 7 sacks he had last year.
