UMass has offered Shane Huber, a linebacker from St. Peters Prep in Jersey City.
The news comes via Scout’s Brian Dohn, who tweeted about the offer:

According to Scout, the 6’2 223 pound athlete is a three-star 2013 recruit and holds offers from Navy, Temple and UCF. His Rivals page lists everyone but UMass.
Huber had 65 tackles with eight for a loss, according to 247 Sports.
