Jarred Alwan, a New Jersey linebacker with a UMass offer, has verbally committed to Temple.
The news comes from Scout’s Brian Dohn:

Aside from UMass, Alwan also had offers from Boston College and West Virginia, according to Rivals. UMass offered the three-star prospect back in May.

UMass announced that it will sell individual game tickets on Monday, July 16 at 10 A.M. Tickets for the Indiana game will be $30, and MAC contests will be $25. Tickets can be ordered online at TicketMaster or via 866-UMASS-TIX.
Check out the Gillette seating chart here. I just found out that my seats are in Section 109.
Where are you guys sitting?

Screwing around at work, you can actually find up to (at least) 22 seats together, for the home opener, with about 46 days left. That is a total joke.
Just to follow up on this point, you can go on ticketmaster right now and get seats 1-15, section 111, row 5 right now. It’s a joke that you can find 15 seats together basically anywhere in the park. Total gaffe on the part of the Athletic Department.
Section 110. Looking forward to the season, but would like to see the Athletic Department acting like a 1A program. Bob, you’re right, they’ve botched it up to this point.
With less than 7 weeks until the season opener-UMASS has fumbled ticket sales completely. Concentrating their efforts on existing ticket holders, for all of their time up until now,has been a complete waste of time. Now individual tickets go on sale next week, not once has the Greater Boston fan been offered season tickets. I thought the premise of this move was to engage a new fanbase?
