ESPN Boston’s Brendan Hall is reporting that UMass has extended offer to Jonathan Thomas, a junior running back out of St. John’s Prep in Danvers, Mass.
I wonder if Thomas’ 238-yard, three-touchdown performance last weekend turned a few heads out in Amherst.
Thomas is 5’10 and 175 pounds and seems to have good speed and elusiveness. Check out his hudl highlights here – I was particularly impressed with his run against Everett at around the :40 mark.
