UMass has offered Brisly Estime, a 2013 defensive back and kick returner from Atlantic High School in Florida.
The news comes from Estime, who tweeted about the offer:
According to the Palm Beach Post, the 5’9, 185-pound speedster committed to Iowa State at one point in late December, but the Cyclones “revoked his scholarship offer.” Apparently they pulled the offer after he visited Western Michigan, “which ISU did not want him to do.” Apparently he also committed to Purdue before decommitting.
Estime is a three-star recruit and has offers from all over the place, including Bowling Green, Western Kentucky and Cincinnati according to Rivals. 247 Sports has more of the same and indicates that he will visit Arkansas later this month.

UMass has also offered Tre’Quan Smith, a 2014 wide receiver from Florida, according to the Palm Beach Post’s Jeff Greer.

Why would he ever want to play for UMass? If he’s actually good he should play somewhere that will be competitive
He can play right away, and UMass will be competitive by the time he graduates. That pretty much covers it.
How about playing a top notch out of conference schedule? Or would shiggy prefer Stony Brook and New Mexico State? Or better yet, UConn’s TBA schedule?
did not need to watch all the highlights – stopped halfway
