Waiting for the snow to stop n just watched Charlie’s press conference.

Seems like a good plan n the seeds to building the program have been put into place. Really good to see the staff seems to be going for good know kids n not just good players. Also really good to see how many coming on board are appreciating n commenting on the academic choices available at UMass.

Be interesting to see who else comes on board as a transfer or grad student.

    Pound The Rock!!!!!

Molnar is an animal, keep up the great work!

  3. UMatt says:

On another note, I love the backdrop behind Molnar. It looks so…FBS.

  4. Minute-Mill-Man says:

Charlie looking sexy. Having seen a crisp hair like that since the Calipari days. He must have got laid 9 times after this

  5. jpardi says:

Molnar really makes you feel good about the future of Umass. Can’t wait for that 1st home game.

    1. Andy says:

And that first home win. Got to show a Gillette crowd it can win at home.

    2. UMatt says:

Absolutely. He reminds me a lot of DK with his energy and enthusiasm. I’m sure people will question his coaching eventually like DK’s, but there’s value in having a guy who can recruit and represent the school like this.

      1. Andy says:

They’ll question his coaching when we have the talent to compete and coaching decisions are the deciding factor in a loss. I agree that the honeymoon won’t last forever. My guess is year three if things don’t get to .500 or better.

        1. NJUMass08 says:

You’re only giving him ’til year three? That’s not enough time to turn this around. Need 7 years to make this a great team.

          1. Andy says:

I didn’t say “great team” in year three. I said .500 or better or we’ll start hearing more widespread bitching and moaning. I’m with you regarding the long haul, but I’m also thinking 7 years is too long to wait to start seeing victories on a regular basis.

          2. Joe says:

safe to say he will be done after two or three, he has no offensive line.

          3. SJGMoney says:

Idiotic comment by an obvious troll. You want to say we have no DEE line? Okay you can make that argument. but with the returning players who got experience last year plus the large amount of Prime Grade beef that was brought it this year the last thing in the world that will get Molnar fired in 2-3 years is the O-Line. Is your real name Jimmy Serrano?
