Jameel Jackson, a 2013 wide receiver from Fort Pierce, Fla., has piqued UMass’ interest, but it sounds like he’s waiting to hear where he stands with a number of programs come Signing Day.
The Palm Beach Post’s Jeff Greer mentioned the news on Twitter:
According to Rivals, Jackson is a two-star recruit and holds offers from Bowling Green, Western Kentucky, Western Michigan and Middle Tennessee State.

Not sure how to read this. I was pretty sure Perry had used up his eligibility but this makes me wonder. Not something I am familiar with in naming Capt’s after the season if they have used up their eligibility.
