Charley Molnar and staff have made it clear that they are going to compete with the big boys for Pennsylvania recruits.

Smith already has offers from Boston College, Rutgers and Temple, according to Scout. ESPN has a similar list with a number of bigger programs showing interest.

It looks like this kid could be a solid slot receiver. Check out his highlights here.

UMass has also extended an offer to Caleb Samuel, a big-time offensive and defensive lineman from Georgia. Matt Alkire broke the news on Twitter.

Samuel is a four-star recruit and currently holds an offer form Rutgers, according to 247 Sports. The 6’6, 260-pound athlete has also taken unofficial visits to UNC and LSU.
